Rick Mace joins Dean Jarley to speak about his road to CEO at TPX. Rick Mace serves as TPx’s CEO and Executive Chairman. Mr. Mace is responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction and priorities. Rick has led several companies as CEO and brings deep technology and transformation experience to TPx. An executive partner with Siris Capital since 2011, he developed a passion for accelerating change while leading mid-size, growth stage private companies. With more than 30 years of experience spanning a wide range of technology and telecommunications companies, Rick has held executive leadership positions at Bell Atlantic Corp (now Verizon), PacketExchange, Tekelec Corporation, Steleus Corp and PakNetx Corp. Rick is a member of the Board of Directors of Digital River. He was previously a board member at TNS, Tekelec, Steleus Corp, Wireless Telecom, Kentrox Corporation and PacketExchange. Rick earned his bachelor’s degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
