Gain the confidence and knowledge you need to become a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) in this live online, one-day course presented by the University of Central Florida College of Nursing in collaboration with the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH).
Led by UCF's faculty experts who are among the first 20 in the world to earn advanced certification in the field (CHSE-A), this one-day course is designed to build your core knowledge of healthcare simulation principles and practice.
In the SSH CHSE Exam Blueprint Review Workshop, attendees will:
- Learn the components of the certification process. This interactive course introduction will focus on exam prerequisites, the application process and study resources.
- Identify your simulation knowledge and practice strengths and weaknesses. The CHSE exam blueprint (see below) will be the basis for discussion.
- Develop your personal study action plan. Instructors will help you create a step-by-step action plan that includes a timeline, study tools and resources, key dates and more.
