Jack Dillon is the senior director of business development for Volvik USA, an international golf brand located here in Orlando. Jack has been a part of the same industry for more than 40 years. During this long career, Jack has been a sales director, sales manager, VP of sales and of course, a sales rep. He has been a vice-president of three unique sales organizations. In addition, for a great deal of his career, Jack was a major buyer for four national organizations. Jack understands sales from both sides of the table. He is always aware of the needs of both the buyer and seller.
Over the course of his career Jack has developed sales plans and programs, has hired and developed sales people, and developed training programs for several companies. Throughout his career, Jack has built, managed, and achieved sales targets. Along the path, Jack has developed people, served customers, managed independent sales reps, and achieved sales results. None of this has been easy, yet all of it has been rewarding.
