The state's annual open enrollment period for eligible employees to change insurance benefits options begins on Monday, October 16, 2023, at 8 a.m. and ends Friday, November 3, 2023, at 6 p.m. EST.
All changes must be done through the state insurance administrator, People First, at 1-866-663-4735 or by visiting the People First website and the changes will be effective January 01, 2024.
Employees who have not logged into People First within the past 90 days will need to update their passwords online. We recommend doing so prior to Open Enrollment, as there will be heavy traffic on the website. To ensure you receive your Open Enrollment package, please verify your address in Workday and People First.
