Dr. Naylor is the Program Director for the Florida Program for Shark Research at the University of Florida Natural History Museum. He is best known for using phylogenetics to reconstruct the Chondrichthyan tree of life (https://sharksrays.org/) and comparative genomics across sharks and rays.
