The UCF Symphony Orchestra conducted by Robert Hasty, is a full orchestra with strings, brass, woodwind and percussion. The group performs literature of the highest caliber by master composers such as Bach, Beethoven and Mahler. The ensemble performs locally and regionally for various concerts and festivals and is open to all students regardless of major, but participation is by audition only, taking place at the beginning of each semester.
