National Young Composers Challenge Compositum

Sunday, April 13, 2025 noon to 5:30 p.m.

The top young composers in the country converge in Orlando to hear their work performed by the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, under the baton of maestro Christopher Wilkins. The National Young Composers Challenge Composium is part concert, part masterclass, part competition, and guaranteed to be thrilling from start to finish.

Doors will be kept open during the event so that patrons can come to be inspired by your favorite young composer or stay for this entire amazing event. After the performance, everyone is invited to share refreshments and mingle with musicians, judges, the composers and their families, and of course Maestro Wilkins.

For detailed information about the NYCC, including a list of the winners, visit YoungComposersChallenge.org.
