Having been a team member at Orlando Health for 29 years, Suzanne currently serves as a Senior Vice President and the Chief Quality Officer for the organization. In this role, she is responsible for performance in all areas of clinical quality. This includes the responsibility of working with the board of directors, leadership at all levels, and the members of the medical staff to ensure evidence-based practice standards, protocols, and direction are in place. The goal of this work is to ensure the highest quality and most efficient patient care is delivered, at all times and in all locations. The role provides leadership, collaboration, and coaching to the executive teams, medical staff, and operational teams of Orlando Health.
Prior to her current role, she served as the President of Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies and the senior executive leading the Women’s Services strategy for the organization. She has served on the Board of Trustees of the Orlando Science Center and the Orlando City Foundation Board. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Master of Education degree in Secondary Social Studies Education, both conferred by the University of Florida.
