Gustavo Costa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate leadership and high-stakes event delivery. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles at a Global Mining Company, where he led strategic initiatives, optimized operations, and managed complex stakeholder relationships across multiple regions.
His passion for sports led him to a pivotal role in delivering the Olympics, where he oversaw cross-functional coordination, long-term planning, and flawless execution under intense public and media scrutiny. That experience sharpened his ability to align vision with practical action and manage priorities in high-pressure environments.
Gustavo’s lifelong philosophy centers on strategic clarity — defining priorities, managing expectations, aligning resources, and connecting every action to a larger purpose. Over time, he has pursued financial freedom not as an end goal, but as a platform to dedicate himself to projects that reflect his core values in sports and community development.
He is currently involved in several sporting events, fundraises for a nonprofit combating human trafficking, and leads a DeFi investment group focused on helping others achieve financial independence.
Gustavo is a proud UCF alumnus from the DeVos Sports Management program and is married with a daughter.
