ALIMA is designed for students from diverse academic majors who are interested in applying psychological theories and research to improve learning, instruction and training in a variety of instructional contexts. Our graduates complete the program prepared to enhance their effectiveness in traditional educational or business arenas, encompassing a wide range of occupations in education, government and industry.
