Current undergraduate researchers are invited to nominate their outstanding graduate mentor for the Graduate Mentor of the Year Award sponsored by the Office of Undergraduate Research and the College of Graduate Studies.
General Guidelines for Nominations:
- Nominator must be a current UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT or have graduated in Fall 2025
- Letters of nomination should be no more than 4,500 characters in length.
- Undergraduate nominators must have conducted research with the graduate student they are nominating within the past year.
- Nominations have to come from individuals. More than one student can nominate the same graduate mentor, but all letters for the same mentor will be reviewed separately.
Only mentors who are graduate students/candidates at UCF are eligible.
