Dean's Distinguished Speaker Series: Hanspeter Schaub

Join as we welcome the next speaker in the Dean's Distinguished Lecture Series! We'll be welcoming Hanspeter Schaub, Distinguished Professor and Chair of Aerospace Engineering Sciences at the University of Colorado. He will be sharing "Using Machine Learning for Astrodynamics Applications."

Hanspeter Schaub is a National Academy of Engineering member. He holds the Schaden Leadership Chair at the University of Colorado and has more than 28 years of research experience, four of which were at Sandia National Laboratories. His research interests are in astrodynamics, relative motion dynamics, charged spacecraft motion and spacecraft autonomy. This has led to about 208 journal and 326 conference publications, as well as a fourth edition textbook on analytical mechanics of space systems.
