Brian will share insights from his journey — from working construction jobs in college to becoming an HGTV star and successful entrepreneur. He’ll discuss how vision, resilience and teamwork have shaped his leadership approach and helped him turn ambitious goals into reality. This event is open to all members of the UCF community and is featured as part of Leadership Week 2026.
Since 2000, Leadership Week has been an annual initiative and a signature tradition at UCF. Coordinated by the Leadership Week Executive Board and the LEAD Scholars Academy, the program is designed to encourage, inspire and prepare students for every stage of their leadership journey.
