Nora oversees the Marketing and Community Engagement Departments in their efforts to advance the credit union’s reputation, manage media relations, and engage in community relations and philanthropy efforts. In addition, provide guidance regarding communications that promote the credit union products and services in support of the strategic goals and objectives for growth, member service, profitability and visibility. Nora guides the Human Resources Department in their efforts to develop and execute the human resource strategy in alignment with the overarching business plan and direction of the credit union, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
