The India Center's Annual India Lecture Series presents a special talk with Kanwal Rekhi, the first Indian-American founder to take a company public on the NASDAQ and author of The Groundbreaker. Co-founder of Excelan and past president of TiE, he has mentored more than 10,000 entrepreneurs and invested in over 200 early-stage companies. In this talk, Rekhi explores why artificial intelligence is poised to set off the widest wave of new venture creation in a generation — lowering the cost of building, widening who gets to build and rewriting the path from idea to company.
The event will be moderated by Cameron Ford, Ph.D., founding director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and executive director of the UCF Blackstone LaunchPad.
Light refreshments will be provided.
