Presenter BIO:
Sandy Miranda has over 15 years’ professional experience in management, training, professional services, and customer success. She currently holds the position of Chief Customer Officer at PowerDMS, a Software-as-a-Service document management software company, headquartered in downtown Orlando where she oversees the support of nearly 400,000 end-users.
Sandy's team is truly passionate when it comes to customer success, and she takes pride in leading and empowering them to take customer satisfaction to a new level. At the same time, she ensures customer success is a company-wide priority and ingrained in the overall culture.
Throughout her career, Sandy has created and managed training programs and opportunities that equip employees with the skills they need to succeed in their roles. As a result, she's an essential part of high-levels of customer service and increasing satisfaction ratings.
Sandy attended the University of Phoenix where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Management with honors. Today, she utilizes her education and experience to fulfill PowerDMS’s vision, mission, and values as well as to equip her team and help them achieve their highest potential.
