Joe Rohde, 40 year Walt Disney Imagineering veteran and themed entertainment icon, will be speaking and signing his book Floating Mountains.
Floating Mountains: The Art of Imagining the Impossible by Disney Legend and former Imagineer Joe Rohde is a master class in creativity, collaboration and turning visionary ideas into reality.... It draws on anecdotes from Rohde's storied 40-year career -- ranging from leading the creation of Disney's Animal Kingdom and Pandora - The World of Avatar to space tourism ventures and global field expeditions. It examines how to protect the core integrity of an original idea while remaining open to accidents, improvisations and real-world challenges.
