International Observe the Moon Night is a world-wide event organized by astronomers to show off our nearest celestial neighbor, the Moon! Join us by the Reflecting Pond as SpaceU celebrates InOMN with views of the Moon and other night-sky wonders through Robinson Observatory's portable telescopes. There will be moony activities led by UCF Libraries and the English Department, as well as demonstrations from UCF's space-related student organizations.
The event is free and open to the public of all ages (though outside visitors may need to purchase a parking permit). Note that if it is rainy or very cloudy, the event may be postponed; check the Public Events schedule on the Observatory website for late-breaking updates.
You can also find more event information at the UCF Libraries website.
