UCF Continuing Education partners with the Society for Human Resources Management to offer preparation using the SHRM Learning System materials for the SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification exams. The new SHRM certification recognizes that HR professionals are at the core of leading organizational success. It is built upon one singular body of knowledge designed to elevate the HR profession around the world. It ensures that the HR professional possesses the relevant HR knowledge required for today’s workplace, but it goes one step further. The SHRM certification tests the HR professional’s competencies – the ability to put knowledge to work through critical thinking and application.
This course is offered in both live-online and in-person formats. Here are the Fall 2017 start dates:

The 2017 SHRM Learning System books and online access, along with additional online and printed materials, will be included within the cost of the course registration fee. We offer the early bird registration fee of $1179.00 until one month prior to the course start date. Additionally, UCF Continuing Education offers payment plans in which course fees can be paid in installments prior to the start of the course. You are able to also view these on our website, and we have options that allow participants to complete the payment in either two or three installments. If you miss the early bird deadline, we offer a discounted registration fee of $1229 for UCF Alumni, Faculty and Staff.

Although this course is preparatory for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP Certification exams, not all participants intend to sit for SHRM’s exams after the course.
