Documentary Screening: Leftovers (Senior Citizens and Hunger)

Tuesday, October 17, 2017 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

A free screening of the documentary "Leftovers" will be held at 2 p.m. on Oct. 17 at the Live Oak Center. Photographer Seth Hancock traveled the country to and learned that seniors are the new face of hunger in America. This film brings awareness to the hidden problem of senior hunger. Afterwards, a panel of experts will share their experience and expertise.

The screening is presented by Seniors First, Inc. which is dedicated to serving senior citizens and disabled adults in our community, and the Bachelor of Social Work Student Association.
