Hello fellow Gleeks!! Its time for our 5th annual fall semester performance team auditions!! We will be holding our auditions on Monday, August 26th, in the Student Union, Sand Key, Room 220. All of our weekly required meetings will be on Mondays at this time and place, so you MUST be available on Mondays 8:30-10:15PM to join our club.
What to expect:
-Have a song prepared, 16 bars, or a verse and chorus, either a capella or with a backtrack. (We will have speakers to play an iPod/iPhone). You may also accompany yourself if you know how to play an instrument.
-There will be a dance portion of the audition where we will be teaching you a simple dance, so wear clothes that you can move in.
We will be tabling at the "Opening Knight" event in the Pegasus Ballroom on August 18th from 5-7:30 PM if you want to come meet us and get more information!
*VERY IMPORTANT* There will be separate auditions for instrumentalists. Stay posted to find out when and where these auditions will be held. Instrumentalist auditions are ONLY for people who do not want to sing and only want to play music to accompany our choir. Anyone who DOES want to sing and can also play an instrument should just come to the regular performance team audition on the 26th.
