On Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 3PM-6PM, the Black History Month Committee will be hosting a Family Reunion BBQ at the Lake Claire Pavilion. All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend. Music will be provided by Knightcast and food will be served.
The celebration of Black History Month is for all students at the University of Central Florida and the surrounding Central Florida community. As a preservation effort of history and culture, Black History Month is a vital and ever-evolving heritage celebration. The theme for this year’s Black History Month celebration is “Evolution of Freedom.”
