Love your smartphone, driving a car, watching TV, online shopping, electricity, clean water, to name a few? If so, thank an engineer! Join the UCF College of Engineering and Computer Science as we celebrate Engineers Week – Monday, Feb. 19 to Saturday, Feb. 24 – with a variety of free events on UCF's main campus to showcase that just about every modern convenience is possible because of engineers.
Don't miss the Engineers Fair at the Engineering II Atrium and Harris Engineering Center Atrium and on the lawn in between both buildings, on Wed. Feb. 23, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring interactive games and activities, including play giant Jenga, take a ride on a hovercraft and float nearly 3 inches off the ground, play with robots, design and launch water bottle rockets, and much more.
View/download a list of E-Week events at UCF. You don't have to be an engineer to participate and have fun. All are welcome.
