The Palm Beach UCF Alumni Chapter will lend a loving hand and serve as "Chefs for a Day" at
the Quantum House. Quantum House is a caring and supportive home that serves to lessen the burden for families in Palm Beach County whose children are receiving treatment for serious medical conditions. Our volunteers will cook up a delicious Valentine's Day dinner and dessert for the families.
