Wake Forest School of Medicine Presentation

Wake Forest School of Medicine will be be presenting to Pre-Medical students on Friday, October 5th from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in Trevor Colbourn Hall, Room 201 (next to PHPL Advising). Ashley Kelley, Student Admissions Administrator, will be conducting this presentation.

Wake Forest is located in Winston-Salem, NC, and is committed to providing a first-rate medical education for our medical students and has a deep commitment to education, research, and patient care. The MD program recently relocated to the Bowman Gray Center for Medical Education in Downtown Winston-Salem. Designed with the next generation of physician-leaders in mind, the Bowman Gray Center for Medical Education provides the learning environments required by today’s diverse, technologically savvy students. From outpatient clinic to trauma center bay, this new building allows medical students to prepare for real-life experiences in the most modern of settings. In addition, starting with the class of 2021, Wake Forest will introduce a new curriculum called Wake Ready. This fully integrated curriculum will allow students more flexibility to explore their interests as well as afford them the opportunity to differentiate themselves based on their unique pathway and accomplishments and will position our students for outstanding performance in the top residency training programs in the nation and guarantee that you have the necessary skillset for success in the ever-changing world of 21st century medicine.

NOTE: The presentation capacity is first come, first served and limited to 45 students due to the size of the room.
