Black History Month Speaker: Michael Eric Dyson

In celebration of Black History Month, the UCF Multicultural Student Center is honored to host author Michel Eric Dyson as our keynote speaker. Dyson has been recognized by Ebony as one of the hundred most influential black Americans. He has authored 16 books, including Holler if You Hear Me, Is Bill Cosby Right? and I May Not Get There With You: The True Martin Luther King Jr. Barnes & Noble will be selling Dyson’s April 4th, 1968 prior to the event. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to attend a book signing and take pictures with Dyson. Dr. Vibert White, Associate Professor of UCF’s History Department will be the introductory speaker for this event. All UCF students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend this event.
