  Before heading to the Knighting Ceremony (UCF's official welcome ceremony for all new Knights), stop by the Transfer Center for a bite to eat and a group campus exploration competition.   Opening Knight is a chance where students get to mingle with the different involvement opportunities that UCF has to offer. This event is a great opportunity to meet and greet with 150 of our 740 registered student organizations, SG Agencies and other helpful organizations on campus. Students will also get a taste of UCF's Greek Life as well as the sports clubs …
