    Relax and unwind with UCF faculty and staff during a free lunchtime yoga session, hosted by the Wellness Research Center from 12:00 to 12:40 p.m. in the Education Complex and Gym, ED176. The session will be led by Beth Stone, a Yoga Alliance certified instructor. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or beach towel.

    The Unversity Writing Center invites graduate students to a weekly write-in group. This is a dedicated time for graduate students to focus on writing assignments, dissertations, research, or other projects. This is an in-person event held in Trevor Colbourn Hall 109. Participants should come at the start of the event, and stay the entire time.
