You are invited to join us for our Fall Harvest Feast Celebration. This is a two day event with the aim of increasing community cohesion, education, nutrition and appreciation.
The first day, Thursday - November 29th, is a day of harvest where you collect one or two ingredients to take home. Ingredients will be available for pick up from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Arboretum office, trailer 525, behind the Harris Corporation Engineering Center and College of Optics and Photonics buildings. You will take these ingredients home and use them to prepare a dish for the feast.
The following day, Friday - November 30th, you will return with your cooked dish and we eat together at 12 p.m. in the Timothy R. Newman Nature Pavilion. After the meal we will be awarding our volunteers with prizes such as awards and certificates for all their hard work this fall season.
