Spring Reading Clinic for K-6 Students

Thursday, January 24, 2019 4:30 p.m. to Thursday, April 18 at 5:45 p.m.

Would your child benefit from more one-to-one and small group instruction in reading and writing? This spring, the College of Community Innovation and Education is offering a reading clinic for K-6 students on UCF's main campus. Your child will be paired with an undergraduate education student for individualized support in developing their reading, writing, and thinking abilities. In our final session, we invite parents for a celebration demonstrating family literacy activities.

Our semester-long clinic will meet Thursdays, with the exception of March 14 and 21, and will be supervised by UCF faculty members Taylar Wenzel, associate lecturer of elementary education, and Analexis Kennedy, instructor of reading education.
