FREE for the PUBLIC! Whether you know nothing about mental health, are affected personally, or are studying about it- you are supporting the 1 in 4 people that live with a diagnosable mental health disorder by attending. Many of these people will not seek help because of embarrassment or shame. Events like this educate the community and result in a comfortable environment to discuss, and live with, mental illness. We hope to see you, your friends, your friend's friends, and your entire family at "Spread Hope, Erase Stigma"!
