Have you always wanted to compete in a Triathlon, but don’t know where to start? RWC Fitness has you covered! Triathlon Training is a 8 week program designed to prepare you for a sprint triathlon. Participants will be guided through a training program that prepares them to complete the requirements of a sprint triathlon - Swim 1/4 mile, Bike 12.5 miles, Run 3.1 miles. Training will be guided through regular meetings and emails. Training will be a fusion of informational training sessions as well as workouts guided by certified Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors. 

The training will lead up to the Ron Jon Cocoa Beach Triathlon on April 5th, 2020. There is a bike requirement for the race, but not the training.

We will meet at the RWC February 10th through April 3rd on Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:00AM.
