This is a program intended to help individuals understand the intricacies behind the intersection of race and sexuality in order to raise awareness of such experiences to be able to create a more inclusive space for everyone. Participants will explore frameworks and definitions of identity and intersectionality and explore how intersecting identities can impact an individual's experience in the workplace.
