Join us in Orlando, Florida on March 19 & 20, 2020 for the 14th Annual UCF Public Administration Research Conference.
This conference brings together academics and practitioners to share innovative ideas and engage in discussions related to public administration and community leadership.
This year's theme, "Challenges and Opportunities for the Next Generation of Public Leaders: Lessons for Community-Engaged and Socially Equitable Urban Governance, Resilience, and Sustainability."
A context for collaborating: Cascading crises requires community leaders, academics, and industry to address public challenges and pursue new opportunities that include everything from integrating renewable energy technologies into infrastructure to minimizing opportunities for government corruption. Building sustainability, inclusivity, and resilience into urban planning and development strategies are critical given demographic shifts, resource scarcity, and political, economic, social, and technological trends. The conference encourages conversations that contemplate public policy, community engagement and social justice approaches to address public interests in complex urban environments in an effort to identify the challenges and opportunities that leaders will face as they pursue resilient and sustainable communities.
Register through Eventbrite by February 16, 2020, to pay the early bird rate.
