Join UCF Cares to learn more about the UCF Bounce Back campaign at the Bounce Back Carnival. Come bounce around in Zorb Balls, Bounce Houses and the Power Jump while learning about depression symptions and how to bounce back! All particpants will receive bounce back resource materials and Safe Knight Week t-shirts will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
The Bounce Back campaign from UCF Cares offers students tips and resources for managing mild to moderate depression. These tools have been proven to lessen the symptoms of depression and are easy to adopt and self-manage, thereby providing a resource that students can use even if they are not comfortable seeking professional help.
This event is part of Safe Knight Week.
