Membership is open to anyone with an interest in computer science, IT, computer engineering and computing as a whole. ACM and ACM-W operate as one club although there are events dedicated to the missions of ACM and ACM-W respectively.
ACM'S Mission: To provide a voice for student concerns about computer-related issues and a venue for educational enrichment.
ACM-W's mission: To support, celebrate and advocate internationally for the full engagement of women in all aspects of the computing field, providing a wide range of programs and services to members, and working in the larger community to advance the contributions of technical women.
