Participants will learn what "servant leadership" means and what the top 10 Factors of Servant Leadership are. Students will be able to identify their own strengths and areas of growth within these 10 Factors. Students will also develop action plans to better display their strengths and develop their areas of growth within a Servant Leadership framework.
