Distinguished Lecture Series Featuring David King, Ph.D.

The UCF School of Public Administration is proud to continue the 2015-16 Distinguished Lecture Series with a presentation from David King, Ph.D., an assistant professor of urban planning in the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation at Columbia University.


King is at the forefront of the national dialogue surrounding the application and implication of autonomous vehicles (driverless cars) to transportation planning policy and infrastructure. He was recently heard on NPR’s Science Friday talking about related issues and featured with the Washington Post.


Light appetizers will be served and a cash bar will be open during the social hour, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. The lecture will begin at 6:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public with registration.
