This session will address both the art and science of 'giving good thanks' to others. Participants can expect to leave with a better sense of what makes for an effective 'thank you' and a plan to deliver one. First, we will discuss the research on what makes good thanks most effective. Then, we will discuss why expressing gratitude for others is an important leadership practice. The session will conclude with planning how to make gratitude a regular, intentional component of your leadership. Come to this event to learn more about the practice of gratitude as a leader!
