You can discover them at the UCF Technology Venture Symposium, designed to connect innovative UCF student startups, faculty researchers, established entrepreneurs, venture investors and anyone else who dreams of being part of "the next big thing" in Orlando.
The one-day virtual conference will uncover little-known, big-potentential technology startups created by UCF students, faculty and alumni for potential investment.
For inspiration, keynote speaker Jason Eichenholz '95MS '98PhD will share his journey as a tech pioneer who made it big. He co-founded Luminar Technologies, an Orlando company specializing in driverless car technology that recently went public with a $1 billion venture and was recognized by Forbes in its inaugural Impact 20 list.
The symposium will include specialty tracks for entrepreneurs and investors to help expand their networks, improve startup pitches, uncover sources of capital, spark discoveries of new, licensable technologies and influence the commercial potential of new ideas.
