Conflict Resolution and Analysis Graduate Certificate Virtual Information Session

Monday, April 26, 2021 noon to 12:30 p.m.

Unfortunately, conflict is rampant in society these days, and ranges from personal and workplace conflicts to global conflicts.

But, fortunately, UCF’s graduate certificate in Conflict Resolution and Analysis provides a deeper understanding of the origins and root causes of conflict – as well as how to resolve conflict.

In the Conflict Resolution and Analysis Graduate Certificate Program, students will learn strategies for managing and resolving interpersonal and community conflicts, which are essential skills that many employers look for - and that all community leaders need.

Completing this certificate will benefit people in the following industries: law, human resources, counseling, education, social work, law enforcement, business, and government, just to name a few.

Join Professors Christy Foley and Kristin Grossman as well as Mrs. Kristal Johnson for an online information session about this graduate certificate program.
