Trip Description: Spend a day kayaking over 10 miles through the twists and turns of the St. Johns River and surrounding creeks. We will start at Hontoon Island State Park and stop half way at Blue Spring State Park for lunch. If we’re lucky, we might get to eat lunch with some manatees if they are still by the springs when we head out there. This trip is long, but follows the creeks and river downstream, and provides some beautiful views and experiences.

What’s Included: All of our adventure trips include all necessary gear for the activity and professional guiding by OA Trip Leaders. Participants should wear athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring personal water/snacks.

Limited transportation is available. Positive health behaviors are encouraged, including physical distancing, wearing a facial covering when recommended by the CDC, and sanitizing hands often.
