UCF will host a virtual town hall to update the campus community on the new Sustainability and Climate Action Plan’s (SCAP) progress. Attendees will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the draft plan outline and voice priorities for consideration.
Building on the 2010 Climate Action Plan and the successes that earned UCF a silver STARS rating, the new plan will cover academics, the built environment, waste, transportation and landscape and natural resources. Representatives from SCAP subcommittees in each area will join project lead Yara Watson Colon, Sustainability Specialist II.

- Zero Waste - Dr. Fevzi Okumus, CFHLA Preeminent Chair Professor for Rosen College of Hospitality Management
