Cultivating Wisdom: A Primer for All Leaders

Thursday, February 24, 2022 noon to 1 p.m.

Are you a wise leader? Did you know you don’t have be “old” to be wise? Wise leaders are self-aware, able to distinguish between right and wrong, thoughtful about seeking and upholding truth and justice, and prudent when balancing personal good with the common good. Their wisdom springs from being open-minded, willing to learn from mistakes and life experiences, and exercising courage. Virtual workshop participants will learn what researchers say about how to cultivate wisdom, regardless of age or season in life. Participants will identify “best practices” to start (or continue) their personal journey to becoming wise leaders and better agents of social change.
