Call for Proposals

The University of Central Florida’s Division of Student Development and Enrollment Services is accepting proposals for the 2016 National Male Student Success Conference to be held on Thursday, October 6 through Saturday, October 8, 2016, at UCF’s Student Union – 12715 Pegasus Drive, Orlando, Florida. This year’s conference theme is: Creating 21st Century Pathways to Male Success.

 Proposal topics should be related to the following:

 Understanding the perceptions and experiences of male collegians; 

  • Creating a campus culture supportive of male collegians;
  • Tackling hot topics on campus retention and persistence;
  • Creating campus dialogue and engagement;
  • Developing and facilitating impactful multicultural and male support programs; and
  • Other impactful related topics may be considered.

The deadline to submit a proposal is Friday, August 19, 2016.

We welcome proposals that will enhance and contribute to the purpose of the conference for students and professionals. Proposals should reflect innovation and cutting-edge content as well as stimulate and provoke dialogue and audience engagement.
