The U.S. The American Cancer Society sponsors the Great American Smokeout on the third Thursday of November (November 17), challenging smokers to give up smoking for 24 hours.
Join the Catch Your Breath UCF team outside the Breezeway/Library (Near the bookstore) along with Tobacco Free Florida to play some games, show your support for the UCF Smokefree policy, and offer support to those taking the pledge to quit!
For those that want to take the pledge and quit, we will also have a drop box available to dispose of your e-cigarettes/vapes should you decide, and plenty of Quit Now resources!
