The mission of the Inspire Women’s Leadership Program at the University of Central Florida is to provide leadership enhancement and empowerment opportunities for female students. Through networking, mentoring, personal development, and experiential training, UCF women students will be prepared to hold various leadership positions on campus and in the work arena.
The Heels of Power Women's Leadership Institute is a one-day conference that aims to bring together students, faculty, and staff from various backgrounds in order to encourage personal and professional growth in order to become successful, empowered leaders in our diverse global society. This year's theme for the institute is Awareness of Diversity and Inclusion. The institute seeks to promote self and global awareness of varying views on gender, sexual orientation, race, etc., and validate the importance of celebrating diversity in an effort to foster inclusive women’s leadership development initiatives at the University of Central Florida.
