UCF's Mediation team is hosting its 2nd Annual International Academy of Dispute Resolution (INADR) tournament at UCF Downtown. The event gives students the opportunity to experience what it is like to be a mediator, acting as an attorney with a client, with an emphasis on advocacy and education. The teams are then judged by their work by experienced mediators. The closing awards ceremony is open to the public and will take place in DPAC-106A, on Feb. 11, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Organizers are looking for experienced mediators* who can judge the competition. Complete the online form to express your interest and availability by Jan. 27. Parking and refreshments will be provided for judges.
*Mediator certification from the Florida Supreme Court is preferred but not required.
