This session will introduce students to the UCF Gulf Scholars Program, a paid two-year undergraduate research and creative opportunity launching in Fall 2023. Come and learn more about the issues facing the Gulf of Mexico coastal region and how team-based learning and community engagement will be essential to building climate resilience in Florida. We will preview this high-impact, immersive and collaborative program that aims to develop the next generation of leaders and change agents to solve large scale, messy socio-environmental problems.
