Trip Description: Do you like yoga? How about goats? If you answered yes to at least one of these questions, this trip is for you! We’ll spend the morning being instructed by a professional yoga instructor and exploring our inner yogi! While doing yoga, you might be lucky enough to have a goat jump on your back in tabletop pose! So come join us on this unique and fun experience!
What’s Included: All of our adventures include all necessary gear for the activity and professional guidance by OA Trip Leaders. Participants should wear athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring personal water/snacks. Positive health behaviors are encouraged.
